We have been remodeling a home in Florida for the past 1.5 years. Most of the customer service we experienced was horrific to non existent until we met Charles from IMAC Design and Stone. From the moment I met Charles, he provided first class customer service and his workmanship on our countertops for the kitchen and 3 baths is outstanding. I highly recommend IMAC design and stone fabrication ! Charles and team are the best ! My wife and I toiled over stone choices for months when we finally found the stone , the hunt was on for a fabricator. Charles and his team delivered on our expectations. We used 2 sheets of mirror cut “leathered “ Grand Canyon quartzite and before cutting - charles realized the incorrect stones were delivered and he worked with me to have that corrected ASAP - the job had a lot of cutting out of specific areas of the stone - charles sent me pics before we made any cuts. Another fantastic job ! I will definitely use them when we move to the kitchen remodel
