“Where do I begin…. First I need to give a major shout out to the girl who works at the front desk. I was referred to this vet by some people on Facebook, but her compassion and professionalism on the phone was what made all the difference for me. They were able to take me in on a fully booked Saturday and as I watched patient after patient go in, I saw with my own eyes how much everyone who works here cares for your pets like their own. From the vet techs (excuse me if I don’t know the correct terminology), to the nurses to the doctor.. Just absolutely compassionate and caring souls. Such a happy and caring environment all around. It even smells good in there which left me in shock because usually vets smell like.. well vets… lol. I left a very feral community cat there on a Saturday and called in Monday morning for an update on how he did over the weekend before the surgery was to take place. They told me they gave him his own exam room and dimmed the lights to make sure he felt safe away from other cats (are you kidding me, I love them) but that he was doing good and ate a lot. Afterwards, the doctor sat down with my neighbor who went to go pick him up, someone they had never met, and explained the entire X-ray to her. When I say they went above and beyond, I’m not exaggerating. The people who recommended them to me on Facebook had nothing but positive things to say and now I have nothing but positive things to say. Thank you so much for your hard work Dr. Melgey. I truly appreciate you. I appreciate your compassion during my visit and the love you have for animals. Thank you to everyone who works there, from the bottom of my heart.“

“Love everyone here! I was a little nervous to take my 12 year old Frenchie because he can get very nervous but everyone made us feel comfortable and welcome. We never felt pressured to do any type of treatment and they really listened to our concerns & found solutions to combat them. My pup left there calm & happy. “I took my two rescue kitties in for mani-pedi. The cost was a bit more than my usual place and I was not able to go into the room with them which I prefer to do, so these two things disappointed me. But on the bright side, the assistant, Lux(sp?) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my concerns.“

I just had to put my cat to sleep who had an incurable cancer. and she was so kind and thoughtful at a most difficult time. I had her come to the house for the actual procedure. And I am so glad I did it that way.“

“I want to say Dr. Rogers was great with our dog Chloe. He was very kind and gave us antibiotics, but even more importantly HOPE. Our dog was feeling better, and after a week we came in for a follow up. Him and his staff gave us great words of encouragement and advice on what we should do. They took x-ray, Drew blood, etc, and did not overcharge for anything. Sent us home with some medication and reassurance... and I know there will be a follow-up call tomorrow, because that is how they do business. Very caring! ?“

“I enjoyed my experience my dog was well taken care of. Love the ladies in the front they truly made me feel welcome. The only thing I would want to share about my experience is that my dog’s teeth were not in the best condition and they took care of him but the way the physicians communicated how bad his teeth were I just felt was insensitive and made me uncomfortable and feel extremely judged. You never know someone’s financial situation or life circumstances that could cause them to not be able to care for their dog the way they would like to which was my situation. Also some people may be first time pet owners and not be knowledgeable on what specifically needs to be done for their pets. So moving forward my recommendation is to watch the tone and way that as physicians y’all are communicating to families about their pets you never know there situation and uncomfortable interactions such as mine can cause pet owners to not take their animals to the vet once they are able due to fear of judgment.“

“I have been here for (2) yearly check ups and for when my cat had a UTI! I was happy with the services each time. They gave us a great consultation and took good care of my cat. The front desk is nice and professional. The best part is that they have hours on the weekends and after 5pm. The vets were great!“

“I just left the office in Deerfield Beach. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had the doctor is phenomenal and I was fortunate enough to have Nathan the tech take care of her. I walked in there crying and nervous and when I left, I felt like I made a friend forever. He explained everything he took his time. He was wonderful with my dog. “Our 14 yr old Shih Tzu had started urinating very frequently within 5 hours it was every minute. Incontinentance with urgency. At 9:30 pm we brought him in. There was no wait they brought him back and started testing. Another ER close by said it would be a two hour wait to see him. The Doctors and the staff were very friendly and professional and the facility was new and very clean. They systematically tested revealing stones in both the bladder and kidneys several to large to pass. Surgury was performed. His surgical site healed quickly and well. I called a few times with questions and they responded happily and with the answers I needed. We give them a 5 star rating and are grateful to them for an outstanding experience. Highly recommend!!“
