If I could give them 100 stars I would as I'm beyond satisfied with West Shore Construction. I live in a condo, on the water, and need hurricane protection. From the moment I made the appointment I was confident I'd be working with them.

Tony Brown -- whose business card shows no title -- was the guy who showed up at my condo for the appointment. He is friendly, funny and professional, everything you'd want in a salesperson. He made the process easy, answered all my questions and then all I had to do was pick my design and colors. Tony represents the company well.

Every person I dealt with throughout the process was just as friendly and professional as Tony. The customer service is exceptional. The crews that came and worked on my project were polite, respectful, neat, efficient, well trained and really quality people.

Tony and everyone else there are terrific assets to that company. I’m more than satisfied with my new hurricane screen, and feel as though I have a whole new bunch of friends as well.“

They are patient and kind and truly listened to our concerns. They had to integrate with an existing screen enclosure and did custom work for the whole structure. Arthur Sailor Windows ONLY do repairs so they won't try to sell you windows you don't need. We were contemplating buying windows and this company fixed our broken locks, latches, cranks and balances for a tenth of the cost of buying new windows. Call these folks, you won't regret it. There are dozens of many window scammers out there. Don't be conned.“

“After receiving quotes from several local window companies for full window and door replacement on our home (over 30 hurricane impact windows and two doors), we ultimately went with Clearwater Window and Door as they offered the best product, terms, warranty, and service for the money. We signed a contract the first week of Feb., and the job was completed before April (two weeks early). They handled everything outside of the window installation itself - permitting, inspection, cleanup, follow-ups...they even came out after the home passed inspection and they were paid in full to remove the stickers from the windows.
