“I came to Heather with an overly excited and reactive dog that would flip out every time we passed a dog in public because he wanted to say hi (especially on our neighborhood walks). I wanted the group training aspect of her classes so he could get used to being around a lot of different dogs with different energies. My once rambunctious lab/pitt mix and an overly happy young Golden Retriever now walk beautifully on a leash & obey commands. She has worked with my family and 3 of our dogs over the years. “The trainers and staff at SPCA - Sniff University are fantastic! It is amazing how much my little girl has learned. My rescue pit was a crazy little gal when I adopted her (still is a lil crazy...she's a puppy!), but now she knows when to listen, calm down, and do some pretty cool tricks. I've taken 3 classes so far and intend to take more. When I say "I've taken", that is an important clarification to make. To get the most out of training, you have to learn to properly handle your dag. This isn't a show up once a week and miracles happen type of thing...you have to work with your child regularly to see the best results! Love you guys! Thanks for your help!“

I needed to find a new groomer and found excellent reviews for Michelle and gave it a shot. Its been 4 years of grooming by Michelle now and never once have I ever had any issue with anything. I can tell when I pick up my dogs that they truly enjoyed their time as well as never once having an issue of any kind. I highly recommend Michelle to you as a groomer as I have 32 years of experience dealing with groomers and Michelle has been the best by far.“

“I have been going to A Pets Place for 3 years for both of my dogs. Dr. Dan and his wife and staff are great. I had to put my 16 year old rat terrier down and they had her cremated. When I received her ashes is was very nicely done with a urn I picked out with her name on it in a blue velvet bag, a touching card from his staff with the imprint of her foot. This was so touching.
