“The whole process of boarding my goldendoodle was incredibly easy and the stay was wonderful! Front office staff are super nice, facilities are great/clean, super cool to have camera access while she was there. It was so nice to know my doodle was in such great hands (there was always somebody present while she was playing) and to not have to worry about her while traveling! Will be using again a lot in the future“
“My aussiedoodle is really high maintenace/full of energy, so I am always a little nervous when he is meeting new people. But Puppy Manor had Shadow's number! I had to do the initial evaluation drop off to see if Shadow would be a good fit- and it turned out great! Shadow loves the space to run around and play with the other big dogs. Price is great too (another place I used to use charged extra for bigger dogs and extra for "group" play time). Here its all playtime! Thank you again for the TLC. Shadow loves it here. Staff are wonderful too! I am using Puppy Manor for both boarding and Daycare.“

“Armando and his team took the best care of our four pet ducks - including one that we consider "special needs" named Lenny. Not only did he ensure they were happy and healthy, but he went above and beyond when our little Lenny refused to eat, providing him with alternative healthy food options to help him relax and feel at home. He also gave Lenny A DOG BED when we told Armando that Lenny thinks hes a dog and sleeps in a tiny dog bed next to our bed each night. So caring and attentive. “Left my dog for a week with Water Bowl Oasis. She was well cared for and each day I got pictures & a reports showing me what she was doing and how she was adapting. She must have had fun because she was happy to go back for doggie daycare the following week. These people do an amazing job with all the dogs they handle. Maddie and I were both pleased with the boarding at Water Bowl Oasis.“

“I can’t speak highly enough about my experience today. My cat Lily is 10, almost 11 years old and doesn’t have a good track record with the vet. Today was my first time at Hughes animal clinic and I don’t think I will take my cat anywhere else again. The whole staff deeply cares about animals and the doctor was sharing how this is a fear free clinic and he has literally taken classes to help learn this method so the animals aren’t scared. My cats last trip to our prior vet, she was terrified. She had peed all over herself. She was hissing, biting, and scratching, and our prior vet just didn’t really seem to care that she was so uncomfortable and scared and was being a bit rough with her. I had given her some gabapentin before coming in today due to Dr. Hughes recommendation. Lily was so good with how she handled everything and the staff knew she didn’t handle the vet good in the past so, they gave her a warm towel with cat pheromones to keep her calm. While we were waiting to pay and she was back in her carrier, they put some cotton balls soaked in the pheromones in her carrier so she wasn’t uncomfortable at any point. I feel so relieved to know I finally found somewhere that cares deeply about the animals that come in!! Lily and I couldn’t be more grateful!❤️“

“February, 2024 updated review:I am still 100% pleased and satisfied with the new staff at Gandy Animal Hospital. I’ve used this facility to care for multiple dogs since 2014 and have always been pleased with their services. I’ve stayed with them throughout several staff changes over the years because I’m still pleased and because of the extensive services that they offer. I’ve been particularly impressed of late because they were able to quickly assess an emergency situation with my new dog and refer me to the nearby Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) when she required a higher level of care. The communication between Gandy Animal Hospital and VEG was seamless, professional and facilitated my dog’s safe recovery from what could’ve been a fatal event.I am 100% pleased and satisfied with the care, services and professionalism of Dr. Heinen and his entire staff at Gandy Animal Hospital (GAH). I've been a Tampa resident for a year and I brought my dogs to GAH based on a recommendation from my landlord and after visiting several vets in the south Tampa area. I stay with them because they expanded their hours, they treat me and my dogs with respect, the facility is CLEAN, and the wide variety of services available at GAH gives me confidence they can provide far more than basic veterinary care. My dogs mean the world to me and I know I have the best partner for their health and well being. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a positive experience and get the best care from an exceptional team of professionals.Specifically, I have seen Dr. Heinen, Dr. Gladnick and Dr. Callahan and they are all are highly competent and compassionate. I especially like the fact that they include me in all treatment programs for my dogs; they don't just throw a bottle of pills at a problem and tell me to make a follow up appointment. We review x-rays, talk about different courses of action, why they recommend a particular medicine and they ask me how I feel about how my dogs are responding to their treatment. That is why I feel they respect me and want the best care for my dogs.The additional services GAH provides like email reminders, follow up phone calls, providing interesting articles about pets and local issues like hurricane evacuation tips, nutrition concerns, environmental dangers and the like help me stay organized and informed about my dogs' health.Bottom line: I am a demanding consumer and I expect that when I trust someone with my dogs' health, they give 100%. The team at GAH is more than up to the challenge.“

“Love the DIY baths at Dogism! Very reasonable fee to use their supplies and tubs. It is so easy. Just wash and dry (they handle clean-up). Then I shop their retail (treats, toys, etc) when my dogs are clean.“
