“I have typically booked with Ingrid in the past as she always provides amazing service as well as fully executing exactly what I want to achieve with my hair while still communicating with me about my hair health and how to best take care of it. My most recent time booking with Ingrid something unfortunately came up and she was unable to do my hair on the day of my appointment. No problem at all, we are all human and things come up sometimes and this also is not typical for Ingrid at all. Trina ended up reaching out to me to let me know that unfortunately, Ingrid would not be able to do my hair that day but that she would be more than happy to do my hair for me. I was a bit nervous as I had already builded trust with Ingrid but seeing that Trina was very kind, flexible , and understanding with attempting to make it work to do my hair on top of her regular schedule I decided I would still go in for my appointment. Needless to say, I was absolutely not disappointed. Trina was very kind and personable and was very communicative about the process before we got into her doing my hair and as well as during. I went from having dark chocolate brown hair with a blonde peekaboo to a much more natural brown balliage. She trimmed my hair to where I still had my length but now have some beautiful face framing layers and I am absolutely obsessed with my new hair. Overall, 10/10 services at this salon. Really positive vibes in the salon itself and even better stylists. Ingrid is for sure my go to girl but Trina absolutely outdid herself and I am very glad I was able to get my hair done by her. Would book with either of these wonderful ladies again.“
