“I went to Beauty and the Balayage salon. Called to see if they had any last appointments, they did not have anything for full balayages although they had room for a partial! It was super exciting to hear they would be able to fit me in their schedule. Already from that it was a great impression on the salon. The girls working on 11-29-23 were extremely professional and kind. I had to opportunity to have Danielle do a partial balayage. Danielle asked me the questions about what I was looking for and she did an amazing job with the color match from a reference photo. They made me hot chocolate and gave me a water bottle. They had amazing service as well as just kindness from everyone overall. This was a great service and I would love to come back for future visits. Thank you!“

“Shaggy isn’t just a Master Loctician, he’s a loc magician! He wrestled my locs (mats🤣) for about 5 hours today…. Needless to say, he won! I started my journey playing with dread extensions that I purchased, then made my own dreads with synthetic hair, all during a time when my mother was sick with cancer. During that time, I wanted to chop all my hair off & my husband didn’t want me to do it. Since I had tossed around the idea of having dreads for years, when my mother passed I decided to commit to having a half head of dreads. It will feed my husband’s need to keep my hair long, remind me of my mother (she saw me with a full head of extensions) and I will always go to Shaggy to maintain them. Shaggy rocks. He knows what he is doing with type A1 hair. If he can tame my matted beast, he can do any kind of hair type. I was super nervous that it would hurt since I’d never let anyone else touch them and they are 8 months mature, however Shaggy knows how to handle them & it was virtually painless!
