They have a handful of rentals and they called me back right when they said they would. That is awesome compared to the other places I've called 3 days ago I have yet to hear back from.
The staff at Waddell Reality also known as Pensacola Home Rentals are so friendly and nice. I have been with Waddell Reality for three years and I love the fact that as soon as there is a problem they have it taken care of that day. Great gob!
Valerie and the team at PHR are great . I contacted them just over a year ago to help me get my house rented. I had a little over a week before I was closing on another house and needed someone in there immediately. After several failed attempts on selling. Not only did they get a rental contract they managed to get top dollar for the area. Fast forward one year. Tenants decided to buy and not renew for another year. I ask Valerie to list it and again ask for top dollar. Less than a week later there was a signed contract for the full amount. Just closed a few hours ago and couldn't be more satisfied with this experience. They will work for you.
