Claire is highly professional and definitely goes the extra mile(s) to make sure every single detail is handled and that her clients are kept fully informed of every tiny detail throughout the process. I highly recommend Claire as a super competent, involved, prompt, and professional realtor. Worked with Bertha Mecias August of 2023.I wouldn’t recommend bertha as a realtor for first time home buyer or an experienced buyer. I am thankful for what she could help with.Cons: Communication was poor, organization was lacking, missed the closing date, didn’t show up for final walk through, caused a few too many preventable hiccups, and additional issues.Pros: Nice person and bilingual

Bought a house through Erica Porcelli. Positives - she was fast and others have had stellar experiences with her. Neutral/Negatives - she showed up to 1 of 2 walkthroughs, did not show up to closing at all, and I never heard from her again after closing. If you're a first time home buyer, don't make the same mistakes I did. Yes, you can make an offer below asking price even on a new construction. Don't let them tell you that warped walls are normal and fine. If you're not comfortable with your agent working with the seller's agent, run because they're not looking out for your best interest.
