Chierstie gives THE most therapeutic massage I have ever had. She uses a technique called Myofascial release. I never heard of it before and was a little skeptical but it is so surprisingly effective for such little effort she puts into the massage! You can literally feel the tissues changing it's crazy! I went to see her when my back was locked up pretty bad and she released it with very little effort. I felt AMAZING after, like I could run a marathon. If you need to see someone about your back pain, I HIGHLY recommend her!!!

I've been to many chiropractors over the years, but I will never go anywhere else but PPM again. The entire staff are the most professional and caring I've ever met and I highly recommend them. My husband and I drive an hour for our treatments and are glad to do it.My massage therapist Chierstie is a true healer as well with her expertise in her Myofascial release methods and techniques.Everyone here is a blessing and I'm so appreciative for all they do.Go here.

Do you have back pain, neck pain, or needing fertility preparation!?! I do, and if you have never had a myofascial release massage, run to this place! Chierstie Braas is an absolute miracle worker. I have had many many massages in my life, and I always thought I loved firm pressure massage. It almost feels as if she's not even barely touching you. As she does different parts of your body, it will literally shift and fall into place. I could feel the tension in my neck being pulled away as she was working on my lower back.
