“Chierstie gives THE most therapeutic massage I have ever had. She uses a technique called Myofascial release. I never heard of it before and was a little skeptical but it is so surprisingly effective for such little effort she puts into the massage! You can literally feel the tissues changing it's crazy! I went to see her when my back was locked up pretty bad and she released it with very little effort. I felt AMAZING after, like I could run a marathon. If you need to see someone about your back pain, I HIGHLY recommend her!!!“
