Here's a sampling of the professionalism you can expect from Better Homes realtor Charles Scott: I was on his new properties email list and I made the *terrible* mistake of asking to be removed twice (note: I had to ask because he did not include an unsubscribe link). See our conversation in the attached screenshot. Again, if this is how he reacts to a simple duplicate unsubscribe request, lord help you if you're dealing with him on a professional level.
