Thank you Dr Navarro, Cassie, and everyone else at the emergency room last night. My best friend Nala is still alive because of y'all. Working over night is not easy and I cannot express how much I appreciate everything y'all do. Thank you for the update call in the middle of the night. Thank you for all the wonderful care. Thank you for saving her.
The staff and medical team at Veterinary Emergency Referral Center were completely professional & courteous from start to finish. I would never have realized that my silly retriever Kobe had swallowed a sock!! What??!!! I was so worried but Dr. Takalo & her team had my boy diagnosed, treated & back to his momma in no time flat! Phew! What a relief! Love this place!
My senior greyhound had been gravely ill for several days and I had been unable to get her in to see my regular vet or any other local vets-unless I was willing to drop her off (sick and very scared/disoriented) and leave her until they could "get to her." The Vet Emergency Clinic took her right back, evaluated her quickly, and a very compassionate doctor spoke honestly to me about her prognosis. I had to make a very heart-breaking decision and the staff of the clinic was understanding and sensitive. I deeply appreciate all they did for my dog and for me.
