Thank you Dr Navarro, Cassie, and everyone else at the emergency room last night. My best friend Nala is still alive because of y'all. Working over night is not easy and I cannot express how much I appreciate everything y'all do. Thank you for the update call in the middle of the night. Thank you for all the wonderful care. Thank you for saving her.
My senior greyhound had been gravely ill for several days and I had been unable to get her in to see my regular vet or any other local vets-unless I was willing to drop her off (sick and very scared/disoriented) and leave her until they could "get to her." The Vet Emergency Clinic took her right back, evaluated her quickly, and a very compassionate doctor spoke honestly to me about her prognosis. I had to make a very heart-breaking decision and the staff of the clinic was understanding and sensitive. I deeply appreciate all they did for my dog and for me.
Our best friend of 15 years was having multiple seizures and as it was Memorial weekend not a vet doctor anywhere would come and help us ease his pain. We finally found this emergency vet open 24/7. They said it would be a long wait once we were there. We decided to go anyways snd hopefully beg them to help us quickly. An almost 2 hour drive 4 nurses met us at the front door with a gurney. They took him in immediately then within 1 minute came back to get us so we could say goodbye. It was the most difficult day we could remember, but Pensacola Emergency Clinic was there to help us
