Had a shower that wouldn't stop running. Larry, a licensed plumber, diagnosed and fixed the issue by replacing the cartridge. What really impressed me was that he immediately located my house's water shut-off valve - something I didn't even know I had. Before this, I had been shutting off water at the meter outside using tools, just like previous plumbers had done. Now anyone in the house can easily turn the water off and on without any tools if needed - super convenient for emergencies!
