Yesterday I visited Next Plumbing and met with Stacey. I explained that I needed an insert for the bottom of my kitchen sink. I brought home the wrong one and she was very kind to take it back. She looked in the catalogue and showed me the correct insert. Although they did not have it in the Davie location she was arranging for the part to be brought to that location within the next two days. Very efficient, professional and good customer service.
I purchased some toilets from Next Plumbing Supply and I dealt with Staci. She was knowledgeable, professional, and exhibited great follow up just like the last time that purchased from Next. She was helpful every step of the way and an absolute pleasure. Staci is the consummate professional and I could not be more pleased!
