Also the couch was left with this hard "crusty" feeling. Tony from extreme steam came right on time, as promised, explained to me what the issue may have been, and went to work. “I moved into a furnished rental apartment with an expensive but disgustingly filthy area rug it had dog urine stains and a terrible smell and feel. It is incredible how much filth they got out of it! It used to gross me out to walk on it with bare feet and now it feels soft and wonderful to walk on and it is cream colored again!
