From my initial call, I was treated with respect and enthusiasm. Michael made a home visit with a variety of samples and shared the assets of each window treatment option. Once we'd chosen a product, we had to decide on colors and a few options. Michael made this part easy and, in particular, we were impressed that we did not feel rushed. He advised us of the time until installation and then beat his own estimate, installing our shades in only a few weeks. He arrived for both the consultation and installation visits on time, something that conveyed he valued our time. His installation work was done well and he cleaned up after the installation. We have a south facing condominium and greatly appreciate that our shades are quite attractive and highly functional in keeping the South Florida sunshine out, as needed.
