One of the products I wanted was not in stock so she guided me on a new and improved option, the other was in stock but she upgraded me (very skillfully) to a better product for my skin and then helped me find 3 other items. She was helpful, knowledgeable and she was not pushy, encouraging me to finish the products I have at home before starting new products and suggesting alternatives for some of my process the next time I need them. In today’s world, far too many employees are more interested in their phones than helping customers. Gina was a breath of fresh air and made my experience outstanding.“
