I love all of the staff here. I have been a patient for a number of years, and they have always wonderful to work with. The front desk staff are amazing and always have a smile to greet you as you come in. Tiffany is the BEST!!! And the nurses are always awesome. Plus the office just had a remodel and it's so much more inviting. No more glass partition. Love the new look. I unreservedly recommend this practice.

The patient waiting room ceiling has many tiles that are ready to fall off- not very welcoming! One of the staff asked my husband and I if we both had appointments when he came into the room with me when my name was called. Plus when I explained a stye hurt my eyellid she asked me if I had an eye doctor, implying I shouldn't ask Dr Bethea about it.I felt both questions were rude.
