My daughter and I visited the salon and had a hair appointment with Sarah. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She did a full highlight on my daughters hair and it turned out beautifully. We both were extremely satisfied with the whole process and end results! I would highly recommend booking with Sarah because she is extremely talented!! 10/10!

The spa was just ok. First off, it was hard to find, I had to walk through the hotel to get to it. It was a little overpriced for the amenities. you do have access to the pools outside although I had to ask the locker room attendant how to get there because I didn't get the complete tour from the front desk attendant who checked me in. There's also a sauna and steam room with a Jacuzzi in the locker room area . The sauna wasn't on, but I noticed that the Jacuzzi needed to be turned on for the sauna to be on. Friendly and accommodating staff that were extremely competent and upbeat! I was immediately greeted by "Luis" in the Men's Locker Areas; He was very pleasant and kept a close eye in directly me through the events of the day. I was able to comfortably enjoy the 3 outdoor special pools which were clean and kept in amazing shape. Pool deck folks were super friendly - and were always visible keeping the pool and the pool area clean and fresh. Never had to hunt for fresh clean towels. Grateful for the gentleman that set up our lounge chairs which were so damn comfortable.
