She has great attention to detail, always asks about the shape, if I like them, or if there’s anything I’d like different. It’s very refreshing to finally go to a nail salon where I feel like my service is valued. Not to mention Sylvia really cares about her nail techs and always prefers customers book with them first. “I have been going here for years. My hair stylist, Connie, is amazing! I get my hair colored every six/seven weeks, and I’m never disappointed. It’s easy to make an appointment, it’s in a safe location, and they have sweet extras like water or wine offered to you. I highly recommend this salon!!“

“Love, love, love this nail tech and quiet small quaint environment! Catrina strives to always please her clients on appointment times etc. even if it sometimes may put her own schedule out of wack. She certainly has a gift in her field as this is the first time I have been going to a place for few years and NOT ONCE walked away not liking something about my nails or pedi! She's not nosy yet casually gets to know her clients interests in nail style, colors, etc to always strive to give them exactly what they want. She's humble yet personable. Always has tasteful yet relaxing music on, and you are surrounded by her Nana's beautiful and detailed paintings. No loud obnoxious Jerry Springer (or the like) tv shows playing on a tv (like the previous place I went to), or people speaking in a different language in front of you laughing and leaving you wondering if they are talking about you (thats not customer service professionalism). I just love going to a small private suite (like Catrina's) VS. a big salon packed with nail techs and clients, so I can truly escape the every day hustle and bustle and get quietly and peacefully pampered!! So glad I found Nailed it!!!! In-fact, I've thought many times about giving my nails and wallet a break again, but cant seem to get myself to walk away now that I found Bailed it - by Catrina. “What a great experience I had at this salon. I had a keratin treatment. Angela was professional, on time, explained the process and was courteous. Don’t be fooled by her soft spokeness, she is a machine! I have very long unruly hair and she worked on me for 3.5 hours. I have never been happier with the results. Her husband works the front desk and they work well together. She is very experienced and LOVES what she does.“
