He took the time to explain various topics to me affecting my dog and also allowed me plenty of time to ask follow up questions. A lot of vets rush you in and out of the room, so I really appreciated the fact that I never felt rushed during our appointment. I also want to commend the tech, Liz, for being super kind and helpful during the intake and checkout process, as well as explaining prescriptions, etc. She did a great job. Overall, I was very pleased with this practice and look forward to returning.“

“Super thankful to Dr. Jeyapaul and Dr. Henriquez for helping make my rescue affordable. I took in a kitten found in my bushes approx 1mo old and, when I called around to my usual and other local Vets, the price to neuter was just astronomical. I asked the FB rescue groups where to find low cost vetting for rescues and Mid County came highly recommended. I was able to easily communicate and schedule with staff via email and get the procedure within less than 2 wks of inquiring. I chose to wait til my kitty was full grown. The process was seamless, the results look great and my kitty is healing well and adjusting to his new anatomy. This vet is a 45min drive from me but the waiting room was well attended, the service was affordable and timely and so I believe I will be coming back w my other animals for non-emergency needs and will definitely be referring others. Thanks again!!“

“Words cannot fully express the deep gratitude I have for Dr. Felz and her staff. The level of veterinary expertise and care my girl, Elle, has received in the nearly 10 years she has been a patient far exceeds that of any prior veterinarians Elle has seen. Not long ago, Dr. Felz save my girl's life. Elle had developed pyometra and by the time the symptoms manifested, she was seriously ill, requiring immediate surgery. Dr. Felz discovered the previous vet had failed to remove all the uterus when Elle was spayed at 2 years of age. Surgery was touch and go as Elle's abdominal cavity was quite infected but with the skilled hands of Dr. Felz, Elle survived and fully healed. Recently, Dr. Felz performed another difficult surgery involving a tumor on Elle's upper eyelid. She was able to completely remove the tumor and its sack with no scarring or vision impairment. Dr. Felz is truly amazing. Elle is a senior gal being monitored for several issues. With the competent and devoted care she receives from Dr. Felz and her staff, Elle will be with me for several more years!“
