Cut off my dogs tip of the tail, said it was a small snip after paying tipping and getting home to remove bandage the tail was severely cut and had to take to vet to sterilize. Permanent damage. We called to inform they didn’t even offer a refund. Terrible. Did not offer to pay vet bills or even refund. Think about that next time you take your pet.

Kathy is a talented groomer. We have taken our Brussels Griffon to many groomers, and they were never able groom a Brussels how they are supposed to look. Kathy does it perfectly without telling her what to do. Our dog also adores her and her son Ryan. They take such good care of him while he is there.
