“The first day I walked into this studio, I was so nervous & scared but there was nothing to feel shameful over. The students and the staff welcomed me and not one time did I feel judged or that I didn’t belong. The diversity in the classroom was amazing. Considering the this is a hot yoga studio with sweat (and lots of it!) ;) the studio was extremely clean.Helena taught one of my first classes and wow just wow. I can’t tell you what an incredible experience it was. She guides you through the practice and helps everyone along the way. Her lessons are from the heart and she teaches the HOW but more importantly the WHY. This is now an important part of my life, now. I’ve been attending classes a couple times a week. It has given me strength back in my knees, back and core. I’m seriously in awe how much mobility I have again because of this practice. Thank you Helena and your amazing staff for giving me back peace and teaching me patience.“

“This is the best gym around, very homey and a very good mix of age in the gym. Everyone’s nice and the music is low so you can still have a conversation. The management is wonderful and all the employees are very friendly, especially cassey, she completed the gym, greets everyone on there way in and out and you could not find a nicer person. Definitely recxomend“
“I want to give a shoutout to the manager Caleb. I’ve visited a few times as a guest of my colleague whose a member of ESPORTA. Caleb has always been extremely welcoming and helpful. The equipment there is nice and there’s plenty of heavy weights if you’re looking to build muscle. I hope they bring in a few more squat/ deadlifting racks soon, because 2 isn’t enough. Overall a high quality gym with a good vibe.“
