Jeff is an all around great person, as well as an amazing trainer. I have trained with multiple people, he is by far the most professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him without hesitation.
Work out days with Jeff are my favorite days of the week! I have been training consistently with him for just a few months and I see so many changes in myself. Not only physically but mentally. This new life style has changed my life completely. I am so grateful for this gym and my trainer. He helped Me finding the right foods to eat on a daily basis to hit my goals and has the perfect motivating workouts that I'm always excited about doing! The gym is super clean. Good vibes all around!
The moment I walked into Bodies by Blais and met Jeff, I knew I finally found the right gym for me. He was professional, kind and asked me what my goals were, and was genuinely interested in learning about me. I have been working with him for two months now and have noticed a major difference in my body. He always has nutrition information and holds me accountable. He has been the best personal trainer I have worked with.
