“Terry has been doing plumbing for my company for years. He is great at what he does, his prices are more than fair and he stands by his work. He is a one-man business, so he doesn't have a fancy answering service or even any office staff....but he is hard working, dedicated and good at what he does. Other reviewers have said he is rude, I think Terry is just a tell it like he sees it kind of guy. Once you know him, he is the type of person that would do anything for you. He isn't there to sell you a car, so don't expect Mr. Smiley to show up at your door. But, if you want a good plumber who can do just about anything at a fair price, then he is your man!“

“I called when I heard the plumbing making sounds when I turned on my washing machine. Ends up my pump was broken, tank full and my entire electrical box for the grinder system had fried in a lightening hit. I called Emerald Coast Plumbing and Septic and thankfully they were able to come by to inform me of all this the very same day that I called! Not only that, they ordered all the parts, 3 super nice guys came out... and my entire system was new within an hour!! I wish I had gotten their names, but the electrical guy was so helpful to keep me from complete panic to assure me that the incoming wires are still ok and that my grounding wire on other side of house was fine. You guys are amazing. Great customer service and SKILLS to do what we needed doing! So grateful for the care that was taken to get my drain system back up and running and feeling like all is well with my house for now. I love the new, non-metal box and the testing can be done from the outside. Better all around. Thank you guys so much!“

“Flo control came out figured out what was wrong with my grinder pump fixed the problem very easily and I had a minimal charge $200 which was reasonable . Had a different company come out over the weekend over this issue first.The other company told me without really looking that my motor was bad and I needed a whole new system and grinder totaling $5700 for the grinder and $1400 for a new motherboard.I am very much appreciated honest Hardwork fro Flo Control they even took me through the process of what I could do to alleviate the problem in the future by myself which is much appreciated.“
