I called on a Saturday morning. They said they would be out Monday morning. They were here at 9 o'clock Monday morning spent about 30 to 45 minutes pumping out the tank... did a great job. The gentlemen that came were very nice and explained things to me. Highly recommend this company.

I called this company on Saturday. He said they would put me on the schedule for the first thing Monday morning. They got here at 9 o’clock Monday morning. They were done within probably 30 to 45 minutes or so. The gentlemen were polite and very informative. I would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend them

If you need septic tank work done, Emerald Coast Plumbing and Septic is the company to call. While other companies said they could schedule us in the next day or later, Emerald returned a phone message and said they could be out that afternoon. No one predicts a septic tank problem and no one wants to wait 24 or 48 hours to get it corrected. Thanks to Emerald, we didn’t have a prolonged problem. They guys showed up on time, located the tank, dug up the tank lids, pumped the tank, and had everyone closed up in 45 mins.
