“I am so grateful to have found Breaking Barre! I’ve been a member for several years and always look forward to the fun and challenging workouts they offer. The instructors are so encouraging and the variety of classes, movement and music keeps me motivated to take multiple classes weekly.
I recently experienced some knee pain from a trip that involved hiking many miles daily for a few weeks. As soon as I got back and resumed my barre classes again, my knees immediately began to feel better! It felt so good to really stretch my legs in the Barre Core and Stretch Class, then during a Bounce Class on the mini-trampoline my knee pain went away completely and has been gone since. Bounce Class was actually the best thing for it, with an additional bonus that it’s a blast to do! I highly recommend it, along with all of their other classes?“
