“Had bad water damage in several rooms of my house from a plumbing leak. Called Damage Control and Jeff came out and investigated all the areas using electronic equipment and explained what needed to be done to remedy and even guided me through my insurance plan and how they would simply bill them. I didnt have to pay anything. Jeff set up the equipment and started the drying. He came back every day to monitor the amount of moisture until completely dry. Very happy with Jeff and Damage Control to anyone that needs water damage help!“

“Work need it was well explained and showed through a camera inside the sewage pipe what was going on. However I found the job expensive specially when I had the notion, for the wording use during explanation, that a crew will show up to do the repair and it was done by a particularly young guy in his personal vehicle who took off 3 times to get parts to finish the job. Also still waiting to be shown by camera the final result that it was offered.“
