From my first interaction to request an estimate, review of options through the work performed, the TIES 360 team was engaged, professional and thorough. Robbie made 2 trips to ensure the proposed work was appropriate. He did not oversell products/services that we didn’t need. TIES 360 properly sealed all of our HVAC ducts that should have done properly by the builder.

We elected to deploy the Aeroseal system that seals leakage throughout the duct work.

The work crew - Julian and DeShaun were impressive. Two young men that actually care about the quality of work they perform. They vacuumed every square inch of the house before they left.
