We can't say enough wonderful things about this company. Kevin has gone above and beyond for us with our disastrous A/C installation (by another Sarasota A/C contractor in 2022).There is truly no other company that would go to the extent that Kevin and his team did for their customers. The entire Grace Air staff and employees are professional and polite. The new installation was done correctly and efficiently. I highly recommend Grace Air to anyone needing A/C repair or a new unit. We were "Graced" by finding Kevin and Grace Air!
Technician reviewed our HVAC under their second opinion program. He, unlike the tech from our regular company, spent the time and made the effort to address the root cause of the problem. After having been told that we would need to replace our system at a cost north of 6k by the 1st tech, the young man from Grace Air diagnosed the actual problem which related to the air handler control board, resolved it and we are now back up and running at no cost as it was a complimentary second opinion call.Rarely have I encountered a more competent and considerate employee. Had to work through a full system replacement during a real estate transaction, while residing out of state. The entire Team at Grace was amazing to work with. They got on this quickly, and had the new unit up and running within days. Tracy kept in communication with both myself, and my realtor, through the whole process…right down to the warranty paperwork. Grace AC is first in class!
