I am new to Florida and my husband is in long term care. He often drops his glasses and has popped out the lenses several times. I did not know where to go and my son suggested VHI. Each time I took in the glasses they put the lens back in place, straightened and cleaned them at no charge. This last time the one earpiece was broken off and upon looking at them, they determined they could not be repaired. Daniel did not give up, but instead searched for frames that might work for the current lenses. He found some that were very close. Friendly, quick reception & technical support. Doctor was thoughrough and very knowledgeable. He detected a retina problem & worked with me to find a retina specialist that was nearer to my home. I have been a patient there for 25 years and have been very happy with their service.

First I would like to mention how helpful "Jackie" at the front desk was even before becoming a customer of VHI. She went over and beyond to assist me with a problem I was having when looking for eye appointments. Upon walking in to VHI we were greeted with a smile and given assistance. The eye exam was thorough and Dr explained everything step by step. Look no further for an eye dr. VHI is it.
