Came in for a quick gel mani during my visit in Orlando & Hazel exceeded my expectations! She quickly greeted me & took care of me right away without an appointment. I did call ahead to ask if there was availability & luckily, there was. The owner also exceeded my expectations as I had to call upon arriving to locate the suite & he was very accommodating & patient. Hazel is super precise, gentle & dedicated to doing a great job. Quick but probably the best manicure I've ever had from the clean cuticle cleaning to polish application. I hope to be back soon!

I had a not-so-great first experience here about 2-3 years ago and have been avoiding them. 3 weeks ago, I decided to try again since I had an appointment upstairs, and it was such a difference. Everyone was really nice and I got taken back for a pedicure right away. I ended up loving my nails and my experience.The picture is my gel nails at 3 weeks. Still pretty decent and look at that growth.

So I never have a problem with Tina and Yami. But this time the lady who did my nails was telling me she couldn't do the french do to the time. So i did my pedicure which Yani always does Amazing! So I had to wait for the french part with someone else. Let us just say it was a disaster and you could tell she didn't care. Super messy! I jus would want my refund for the french par, because it looks horrible. I was there for 3 hours as well.
