We had a floor repair done by Flooring Master who had originally installed the flooring after some water damage. Michael, the technician, was awesome to watch his attention to detail and ensuring there were no minor imperfections. He demonstrated an uncanny level of pride ism his work and is definitely a valuable asset to Flooring Master. These days it is not often to see this level of professionalism.

Alex from flooring master in Orlando saved our kitchen remodel. In summary, we needed more tile that was already in the house and couldn’t find it anywhere. Alex called around to the local distributors around Orlando, Tampa, Daytona, Melbourne, etc and found the tile in Jacksonville. She even ensured that the distributor got “eyes on the tile” to ensure they physically had it. Though the tile was in Jacksonville, she arranged for us to be able to go pick it up. Flooring Master did a great job installing new floors in our house. Davi (project manager), Jeff (sales manager) and Mike Silva (installer) were very professional throughout the process. The final product looked great.
