Best in Class Service from Grisela Faria - I picked up my Tile a few days ago and I have to say the friendly service and the follow up selling was awesome. Just retired as a VP of Sales with a fortune 75 company.When you have your operations team following up with suggestive selling, that's awesome. Grisela Faria, Warehouse Manager and her staff cared about me the customer with Best in Class Service. The front of the house could take some lessons from the back of the house on customer follow up and care.

We have been working on multiple indoor projects. We had new vinyl flooring (Mohawk PureTech Honey Oak) installed, and we just picked out carpeting for our staircase. We absolutely love the flooring! Prosource has a large variety of beautiful vinyl flooring and carpeting. Audra, Jackie, and Dave have been so helpful! Audra and Jackie assisted us the most, and they are such an amazing team. They are excellent communicators; they respond promptly to our emails. They are also very professional and friendly. We live much closer to other flooring stores, but because of their service, we much rather give Prosource our business.
