Always GOOD service. Not a perfect rating because they can be a bit pushy with getting you to upgrade to the most expensive service & I feel like my toenails, the big toes, are uneven, but you can judge for yourself in the posted photo. All and all-I WOULD definitely RECOMMEND them. They offer complementary soda or water. Ive never made an appointment and I've never waited for more than 3 mins. The owner is very nice and very accommodating as I can usually only go last minute. I’ve been several times and my issue is the lack of consistency between nail techs, I feel like I never know what kind of service I’m going to get. I’ve had amazing pedicures and some that were bleh. Chipped quickly, nail size uneven etc.I do love that they get me in and out pretty quickly as there’s usually not a long wait.The massage chairs are a 3/5. I
