Guests have praised the massage therapists, particularly highlighting the exceptional skills of Olga and Rebecca, who provided unforgettable experiences with their attention to detail and expertise. However, some guests noted issues with the spa facilities, such as non-functional rainshowers and maintenance problems in the regular shower. Additionally, access to the jacuzzi was restricted, leaving some guests disappointed with the overall spa experience.
