I had a 100 min massage with Stephen and it was WONDERFUL! Definitely in my personal top three massages of all time. At first I didn’t know if this massage would match its hefty price tag. Turns out it did!

I have no idea how this spa has anything but five star reviews. from the moment I walked into the the spa to the moment I left it was such an amazing experience. The facility is beautiful, the amenities are amazing. There is a wet sauna, a dry sauna, unbelievable rain showers, and so many sitting areas to just relax and have a cup of tea. They also had little things like flavored waters In many different flavors which I loved and trail mix. The staff is top notch! So kind and so willing to help you have the best experience you can. We had a fantastic day here yesterday! After years of hit and miss service, my last couple visits to Relache Spa at the Gaylord Palms hotel have earned my five stars for sure! We received a friendly greeting at the front desk followed by impeccable service that went above and beyond from Miriam in the women's lounge. She was attentive and everything about her service was on point. My massage with Stephen was one of the best I've had here including visits to every other major 4 and 5 star hotel in the city.
