“American home shield sent an emergency plumbing company and Drimaxx to evaluate a leak stain in the living room celing, under my second floor bathroom. The plumbers suspected that the leak could be coming from the tub but could not confirm because they could not fully access the tub valve due to tiles encasing it. Drimaxx utilized infared camera to detect areas of moisture but it was still challenging to find the exact cause and suggested cutting into the ceiling to get more information. Although initially there was no obvious leaking pipe, Alex was able to use a camera snake and do additional water testing and pinpointed the leak to the tub grout. Alex was very thorough and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. His team was responsive, neat, and efficient. He saved me the massive headache of cutting through tile and possible having to renovate my entire bathroom which would have been very costly. It was a pleasure working with Alex and Drimaxx and I strongly recommend them to anyone with water mitigation needs.“
