We hired DMS Restoration for water remediation on a 4,900 SF home that won architectural awards when it was built in 2006, and was poorly maintained in later years resulting in water infiltration. The company's owner, Francisco, visited the house, identified the problem areas, quoted what we thought to be a fair and reasonable price, and completed the required work on time and better than expected. Francisco is very professional and a pleasure to have in the residence. Due to my experiences in the multifamily business, I have been around numerous firms that provide water remediation services: my belief is that some of the better-known companies can grossly overcharge you for a relatively straightforward job scope. Give Francisco a call, and I believe you will be very pleased to have met him.
Francisco was amazing! He showed up on time and came as soon as he could which was the next day! Very professional, communicative, friendly, humble and honest guy. We are buying a house and we needed someone to come out and check the floor because some parts were soft and seemed like there were moisture underneath. Francisco came with all of his tools and checked thoroughly if there were water damage. No water damage. It was a free estimate. His service was such a breath of fresh air, we wanted to pay for his time, but he kept refusing. Francisco, thank you so much for helping us! Highly recommend this company!
