“For those who like an inexpensive, super deep, no-frills massage, this place is it. I have knots up the wazoo in my back and these ladies know how to get em out. I've been back several times and I've had young ladies and old ladies - seriously, this one very petite woman must have been in her late 60's, and she kicked my butt all over that mat.“

“Awesome yoga studio in Lake Mary/ Heathrow area. I take classes here with my mom when visiting. The studio is clean and comfortable. They provide a padded floor in the studio which is much better for your joints than a hard floor. All the teachers I've had have been great. Definitely will continue supporting this place!“
