My other son (who did not have any eye exam) experienced a medical episode in the lobby. The entire staff jumped into action. Dr. Hyman would not leave his side until the paramedics loaded him into the ambulance. The staff here truly cares about the people that come through their doors. Highly recommend.“

“I was just in to see Dr. Coughlin and was ecstatic to find out that my vision had gotten better. I believe the new Optomat machine being used at this facility is really cutting edge technology and not offered every where else. Just think of how many times you get asked screen 1 or screen 2, then you get confused and just want it to be over with. Well with this new technology Dr. Coughlin was much more prepared. The other machine that took an picture of my eye allowed him to let me see the inside of my eye for the first time. Both of these only cost an additional $39. I loved Brenda my eyeglass consultant. She was so personable and informative. It was a dreary rainy day and I didn't mind spending my entire morning there.“

“This place is great if you don’t have insurance. Self pay’s cheaper than other places in Orlando. The staff was so friendly and took the time to help me understand what I wanted vs needed. They helped me by trying out different colors lenses for clip-ons. Clip-ons are otally worth the cost, because transitions do not work that well in the car, while driving. Will definitely come back!!“
