After moving recently and needing to reestablish eye care I searched Google reviews and found Bay Hill. So happy I did; they are exactly as their high rated reviews state and why they get them. Staff and Dr. are great and provided level of care I am used to. They are up on the latest and greatest technology, had trials in my high prescription, and a one stop shop. They make it easy!
Dr Coughlin was really great with my daughter. He took his time with my teen and made her laugh. It’s always a great experience from the front desk to check in, the exam and to check out. Great office staff and friendly doctor!
The staff is attentive from the time you walk through the front door. They answer all of my questions about insurance. The technician was also very good. I really like Dr Coughlin. My glasses prescription is always the best. He made me feel good about my cataract lens decision. I know that he will be there if I have any problems with my eyes. I am glad that I found their office.
