My first interaction with the owner was met with positivity, kindness, and pertinent knowledge of hair in general. She was also just really nice to talk to which goes a long way with me! She was able to fit me into her schedule same day which I appreciate! She has 30+ yrs in the hair industry and it shows! My silk press is EVERYTHING! I had some damage from repeated braiding and she did a much needed trim and also gave me some good advice on how to care for it at home. The inside is clean and I loved that you waited in the lobby for the stylist to take you to their room. The inside was clean and quiet.
