I had an overall outstanding experience with Coast to Coast for a new ac system installation. I called and inquired about getting an estimate and someone was sent the same day. The Lead Project Manager (Hunter) was sent out to inspect my system and all aspects of the ac system including the duct work in the attic. Hunter spent about 2 hours reviewing everything and then was able to give me several options for replacing our ac system. Once I decided on which system to go with, the installation was scheduled within 2 days. On the day of installation, the 1st technician showed up at 7 AM to start prepping everything for the new system. Soon after this the 2nd technician arrived. These 2 technicians were Jensen and Jared. They were extremely well versed in what they do and they did a fantastic job on going above and beyond with the installation of our new ac system. They did not miss anything and they did not take any shortcuts. From the time they spent in the attic retaping duct work to the time they took cleaning and rebuilding the table top for the air handler to sit on. These guys were making sure that our investment in a new ac system would be an investment that we were happy with. These techs worked non stop with the installation and finished around 7 PM that night. Based on this exceptional experience with Coast to Coast Heating and Air Conditioning, I will always recommend them to friends, family, and anyone that needs ac or heating repair. We were extremely pleased with everything associated with Coast To Coast. The office staff is friendly and communicative (Faith, Bree and Cindy). The project manager (Ryan), arrived within the stated timeframe and was extremely thorough on identifying our needs, including the fact that our existing ductwork was not optimum for the 3 ton system we had, and needed to be improved. We had a thoroughly quoted job, before he left our house. After we agreed on a price, and yes, it was much higher than it would have been 6 months ago,☹️ we had an install date within a week. The installation crew arrived at the stated time, and early in the day, we asked them to do whatever they could to make sure we didn’t have to sleep without AC overnight. Anthony, Jensen and Nathan worked ALL DAY to ensure we had an entire working system before they left, after 9:00pm! They cleaned up after themselves, and were friendly and respectful all day. (We were offered a portable AC unit if the installation wasn’t completed the same day) The following day, the office called to schedule a QC check on the next day. Right on time, the QC Tech (Jay) arrived, tested the system, made some adjustments to ensure the system was running at the manufacturer’s specs, and left. He was also very pleasant, friendly and professional. The office called and set up the DAY for the County Inspector to come, and then the morning of, they notified us of the timeframe he would arrive. Inspection was signed off a week after the installation. The office also notified Duke Energy for us, to get the rebate in the works. We feel that this is one of the best experiences we’ve ever had with a company, from start to finish, and these days, that is getting hard to come by. We highly recommend them for any heating and air conditioning needs you may have!!
