He came and inspected the roof within 48 hours on a weekend. His inspection was thorough and he explained his findings and provided me with a good estimate. On my approval of the work, he came again and matched the shingles. In a few days they were available and he returned with his crew. He supervised the work which was done in a day. He provided pictures of before and after repairs. The crew worked efficiently and the cleanup was complete. I will be calling Tropical Roofing Services if I have any new problems with my roof.
