“I want to give my highest, enthusiastic recommendation to “All Florida Cooling and Heating” in North Palm Beach, Florida.<br><br>When an air conditioning unit breaks in Florida, it is urgent. When it breaks in August during a record-setting hot summer, it is an absolute emergency. After waking up in a puddle of sweat and my condo was 83 degrees, I immediately contacted several local service and air conditioning repair companies. Some companies never got back to me; while others gave me quotes and scheduled visits later in the week- one company actually arrived to confirm my air conditioning was broken but REFUSED to give a quote or estimate until a person from sales could do a site assessment as it was “their job to do the quotes.” Unlike the other disappointing companies, “All Florida Cooling and Heating” responded to my call immediately and assured me they would get someone to my residence that same day. Actually, it was storming at the moment, and they contacted me saying they would be over as soon as the weather cleared up – I was relieved that they knew the local weather, it proved they were in fact local and not a national call center dispatching random technicians.<br><br>As they promised, someone arrived the same day – to be more specific, “All Florida Cooling and Heating” arrived WITHIN THE HOUR – just as soon as the weather cleared up! From just my limited description of the problem over the phone, the technician looked over the unit and came already prepared with a quote containing several different options. His professionalism, attention to detail, and quick work was appreciated and beyond impressive, but equally as important the quote was SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS LESS than estimates from other companies!<br><br>Not only were they kind, fast, and professional – they were affordable as well!<br><br>While competitors told me it could take “up to two weeks” to repair my air conditioner, “All Florida Cooling and Heating” had everything repaired, permitted, and compliant with my HOA in the same week!<br><br>I give my highest recommendation to “All Florida Cooling and Heating.” Everyone at the company I interacted with was so pleasant, understanding, honest, and easy to work with. The work was diligent, timely, complete, clean, and quiet. The company is a local, small business that values the time and comfort of their customers. They have absolutely won me over and will be conducting all of my air conditioning servicing, routine maintenance, and any other issue I can use them for.<br><br>Before you agree to any air conditioning estimate or quote, I strongly urge you to contact “All Florida Cooling and Heating.” I know it might sound like I work for them, and I assure you I don’t in any way – they were just that good.<br><br>They provided excellent work, as well as exceptional professionalism and customer service – a valuable skill too many other companies seem to be lacking.“
