the guys were great, very professional and did a wonderful job from the beginning to the end. It started from the greeting at the door, too helping me set up the app on my phone for the ecobee smart thermostat . I would highly recommend them and they company
Air condition seemed to be struggling to cool properly. I called shoreline and left a message. Stephanie called me right back and got me an appointment quickly. Jason came to my house and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very nice. He was also very punctual! The price was incredibly reasonable and the AC is working perfectly now! Great company! They also did our install a couple of years ago and did a fantastic job! I was referred to Shoreline by a friend who had nothing but position things to say. The experience was positive right from the beginning phone call and speaking to Stephanie. She was very upbeat and responsive. She set up the appointment and I think I received an email and text before I got off the phone. Jason came out and he was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He even took the time to explain what to expect over the next couple days as the AC gets back up to speed. I would highly recommend them to others.Service: HVAC system repair
