“St. Forts Funeral Home took care of both my dad's and mom's funerals, and they did an excellent job. The locations are very clean, and the chapel are large and well-maintained. They dressed my parents beautifully, and the services were always on time.

The staff is very professional and responsive. I was able to reach them anytime, even at night or on the weekend. They also did a great job with the program and obituary, and they added the obituary to their website.

The employees are all very nice, and I would definitely use their services again.“

There are truly no words to express my gratitude for the exceptional care and support provided by Tricia Segura and her team at Sunflower Crematorium. My experience was filled with challenges, many of which I would not have been able to navigate alone. The inefficiencies of other agencies caused a delay of more than three months in obtaining my mother’s death certificate, which prevented the cremation from taking place sooner. However, it was due to Tricia’s unwavering diligence and her proactive coordination with the State of Florida that everything was eventually sorted out.

From the very first call, Tricia took charge of the situation, arranging everything during a time when I was feeling overwhelmed by grief and confusion. My mother had been ill for some time, and while we knew the end would come, we did not expect it to happen when it did. Even the simple process of transporting my mother from the hospital to the crematorium proved challenging, as the hospital struggled with procedures, even lacking a working fax machine to send the necessary documents. Incredibly, Tricia stepped in, handling everything, even on her day off, to ensure it was done.

Tricia went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. She kept me informed every step of the way, advocated on my behalf, and advised me on who to contact when obstacles arose. Thanks to her, I finally had the peace of knowing my mother’s cremation could proceed. Tricia and her staff even met with me on a Saturday, a gesture that speaks volumes about their compassion and dedication.
